CleanCare Building Solution Ltd was established in 2006 and has cleaned and maintained commercial premises across Mauritius under its present name since 2013. We work from Moka and serve clients island-wide, from single sites to operations that need a team on the floor every day.

How we work
Four things shape every contract we take on.
The company is led by Soochitra Ramnauth (BSc (Hons) Chemistry for Analysis; MSc Environment Futures, University of Leicester).
- A supervisor on every site
- Each contract is assigned a cleaning contract supervisor responsible for the day-to-day service, for keeping every area to the agreed specification, and for being the single point of contact when something needs attention.
- Staff we train and supervise
- Our cleaners are recruited, trained and supervised in house across general cleaning, sanitising of bathrooms and kitchens, floor care and waste handling. The same team returns to your site, so standards hold rather than reset with every visit.
- Eco-friendly products as standard
- We use environmentally friendly products throughout, chosen so they are safe for the people using the space while still meeting a commercial hygiene standard.
- Equipment matched to the job
- Professional-grade machines for floor care and high-pressure work, so large or exterior surfaces are handled properly rather than worked around.
